San Diego Task Force Issues Guidelines for Medical Marijuana Use *
This requires just a little bit of thinking, folks.... Hint: date this was
orignialy put out. Note: The UT deleted their 2002 story! KAISERNETWORK.org didn't. The San Diego Medical Cannabis Task Force has announced guidelines that would
allow individuals with chronic illnesses and a recommendation from a physician to possess as much as three pounds of marijuana and cultivate as many as 72 marijuana plants for their personal use,the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

It will be released to "the city" on 12-8-09. This is a recommendation
on zoning. Stephen Whitburn, a good man, who is learned in such things, did not vote in support of this report. Why?
He is thoughtful, having considered it in context of how it will affect the community, if in fact adopted, as is. What the reports
background statement did not tell you: who appointed the so called
task force? Who do they represent, and why were they picked, specifically. Can you say Malleability
herb folks? MALLEABLE: capable of being altered or controlled by outside forces or influences On this task farce, (its public knowledge)
are one mmj patient, and one person purported to be a collective director, who its falsely reported, is associated
with HCC, a fine herb spot. If they were really with HCC, this would be a good thing. Reverend Paul Cody, from Hillcrest Compassion
Center, is in fact a real patient, a real collective director, with the ARREST and RAIDs (9 9 2009) under his belt to prove
it. It seems a bit odd to us that "we", the public at large (not just mmj activists, who do know), are unaware of
these facts. HCC proudly advertises its intent, location, and is open to view by all.
Others, are not so public.... why is that? We at this informational web site have received threats against us, for
even whispering this information..... but we can't just sit here and let the game go on as if everything is kosher. It isn't,
it stinks. These questions, and more, are on the mind of the truly compassionate medical cannabis community, but nobody will
say it out loud, out of fear. We at herb folks dot org are afraid too, but this is no way to live. Is violence acceptable
to you, folks? Violent actions directed at this web site for speaking out? Two of us at herb folks are in fear of
reprisals, but we can't stand by and act like everything is running smoothly here in BONNIE TOWN... Ask yourself,
why wasn't Rudy Reyes picked to be on the task force? Is it because he is not beholden to anybody? What happened to the other
actual directors of dispensaries in this city, who were in fact jailed and robbed after they were contacted, nominally, to
be on the task force, back in September? This is the stuff "they" don't want you to know. The mayor, the various police agencies,
and the powers that be who pull their strings will do what they will with this "report". It is not the

Jovan stands tall, fighting the good fight for you. They ground through the BS the government shoveled at them, yesterday,
staying the course. Today is a new day; will there be any surprises? Will the unbelievable irony of the deputy district attorney
buying medicine, in his time of need, be with-held from the jury, still? Will the trial go to jury, with them not hearing
the complete set of facts? We think that is exactly how it will end, with a whimper. We want to
be wrong, to expect justice, but this is not the America they sold us in school, folks, this is New Berlin, after all. They won't finish by days end, so closing statements should happen on Monday, November 30th, when jury
deliberations begin. As the judge said in a previous trial in the same building with the same criminal cops, with the same demonic
DA overseeing the same farce, THERE IS A HOLE IN THE LAW....After
they are freed from the judge's grip, will the jury members show the revulsion any sane person would? Or will they be sheep,
passively accepting the fact they were scammed?
We think at least a few of the 12 will not accept this horse manure, as justice. Then what? We believe a solid appeal, based
on the American ideal of FAIRNESS, will prevail, ultimately. Until then, we wait for justice. And wait. And wait.... But

and passionate about his subject. We applaud the young man for his eforts. You can see it in his eyes, his heart is in this.
His life is on the line, as well as Jovan's. They, and many others after them in San Diego, are on trial for providing medicine
to the sick and the dying. One by one they do down... "What", I hear your grandpa saying, as you try to explain it to him over turkey, this thanksgiving.
"I know this is about smoking pot, I tried it in Viet Nam, this isn't legit. And just Tuesday night (last night folks)
Channel 10 in San Diego ran a piece on it, showing how easy it is to get a recommendation from a doctor, and how quickly the
so called patient got his pot with it. So drink up and lets watch some football. I don't want to hear any facts from you,
what do you know". The facts are laid out by people who know, such as young Eugene. And Dale Geiringer, and Eddy Lepp, and Rev. Paul Cody,
and CityBeat. As for this court proceeding, there is very little news from any source. Its thin, the 'coverage'. Except
for junk like the SHOW on Channel 10 'exposing Medi Mar' etc etc. This is preparation for the 'verdict' that will come from
this show trial, this sham, where the jury is not being told one of the DA's minions, James Pitt, is a medical cannabis patient.
Sure there was a sliver of the story in the Union Tribune, posted at 1:49am on their BONNIE DUMANIS FLAGSHIP of a website,
and in the next day's edition. It left out much of the real story, and they have not reported on an ongoing basis any of the
real story. How

is rolling along, steamrolling over patients rights as if this is a game. Its not. We do not have the rule of law, here in

up and pray. The cops lie to doctors, presenting false id, get a valid
doctor's recommendation, then take this false documentation to collectives and delivery services to obtain medical cannabis.
This is entrapment, anywhere else in our society. If you go to court in one of these cases, or read the transcripts, they
do not even look at or know what the law says. If this is a nation of laws, and the San Diego courts/cops/media are so
righteous, then why do they have to lie (and conceal key facts from the jury) to get their way, in order to convict us ? Appeals
courts resolve this stuff, over time, in our favor, but its a grind. This is no way to run a democracy. This is not justice,
this is a sham. Justice costs money, its not free. It costs human lives, in our arena, to be able to serve the sick and the
dying. Will

That takes effort, knowledge, and heart. Take time to give thanks this week, and reach out to someone with the truth about
cannabis, please? Follow the money... look at the breadcrumb trail between Corrections Corporation of America and the City of San Diego. Many, though not all, Americans are provincial,
to be kind. We have been victims of the Hearst-cum-FOX empire, in concert with the various global cartels (the AMA, big pharma, big legal, big oil, the
military-industrial-medical-senatorial-complex, "the church", and FOX/CNN to name a few). IT IS A TEAM EFFORT! They influence most of us in ways we
know nothing about. How? Through their subtle manipulation of the masses, via our devotion to materialism. Aka rampant

yet harmless. It was renamed, and branded, by Hearst, and his ilk, and you repeat it for him, without thinking (it is not
marijuana, nor is it a weed). It can and does provide fuel, food, healing, and peace, to those who dare to try it. So, its
not only harmless, its helpful. But the AMA, DEA, and your churches and schools, lie to you about cannabis. They lock Eddy
Lepp up for 10 years, while W goes free? What's wrong with this picture? One million Iragis are dead, and Cheney walks around

Jovan Jacksons persecution (aka
trial) continues in Department 33 at 9:30am in San Diego Superior Court at
220 W Broadway San Diego, CA 92101-3886 on Monday November 23, 2009. If you care,
please show up, bring friends, contribute money, or raise awareness somehow some way. This is not just about our brother.... 8:15am update: One person with a sign
saying FREE EDDY LEPP was out front of the courthouse. Alone. Then at 9:25, one of the local ASA leaders came up, on his way into
the courtroom. As we talked for a minute, detective Scott Henderson roared up, parking illegally, jumped out, and ran into
the building. His co-conspirators stayed in the
van (unmarked, with a little American flag on the back window, nice touch, you nazis). Intimidating? Yes. Just then, a "man of God" strolled
by, so we walked with him, trying to engage him in friendly, yet serious, conversation. The man happened to be Black, with
a collar on his neck (like the catholics, but this preacher looked like a pimp, to be honest). Once again, this reporter
asked if he was aware of what was going on inside, with Jovan Jackson. He was clearly annoyed. Not nearly as nice and sweet as the preacher lady
we engaged last friday, on this beat. His terse answer was "I will pray for him." How would he pray for Jovan, since
he did not get his name, or hear about him and his cause. This brother wore an orange clown suit (I am not making this
up, his preacher costume was orange). Not like a hare-krishna devotee (who by the way will engage you in conversation
and listen to your tales, unlike this "minister of god"), it was a western style suit. Oh yeah, an he was wearing
gaudy "bling" around his neck.

Diego" deputy DA called to testify on behalf of Medical Cannabis Hero in New Berlin! Kind of.... read on. What are the implications of a district attorney obtaining
safe access to medical 'marijuana', while at the same time participating in illegal persecution, and prosecution, of legal
patients like himself? Pretty large implications, wouldn't you think? Will they let him say he works in the DA's office,
when he testifies, again, next week.... the judge said NO, will you let this stand? The judge said she will not let the jury hear the fact that one of Jovan's patients
(legit, that's right, a real patient who needed medical cannabis and got it from the first herb clinic to open after the 7
6 2006 raids shut the town down). A San Diego
deputy district attorney joined the Answerdam collective for his own relief. Did he also prosecute some of the so called Operation
Green RX folks this past year. There were many, so chances are it is. What gives him the right to safe access, where we are

From its glamorization on TV to a major push toward its legalization in California next year, marijuana
is enjoying the spotlight in pop culture. But in the shadows of that glow, African Americans using the oft-maligned
weed are at far greater risk of arrest than their white counterparts, the Pasadena Weekly has learned. For
the past five years, Pasadena police officers have arrested African Americans on marijuana charges at rates wildly disproportionate
